An Aventure in the Rockies

After spending June in Whistler it was on the road for the Callaghan Valley Training Centre.

The newly united team spent the month of July in the Rocky Mountains, "enjoying" yo-yo training at the Haig Glacier, some hiking around Mt. Assiniboine, some recovery sessions in Golden and the usual Canmore adventures.  The month was not without its excitement, including skateboarding injuries to Sebastien Dandurand and National Cheese-Rolling Championships mishap to Yannick Lapierre.  It's good to get those reckless lessons learned (if they must be) early on in the season so the winter racing season is not to heavily interrupted.

Tired and ready for a break the team headed back to Whistler in late July, just in time for the month of August sunshine and great training from their front door.
