The CVTC team continued the three-day stage race of Eastern Canadian Championships today with an interval start skate race. The top result of the day was Sebastien Dandurand, a former nordic combined athlete from Calgary, Alberta, who placed 3rd in the Junior event an 18th overall. Sebastien has been consistently improving this season and this placing is just one more step up the ladder for the talented junior.
The rest of the CVTC juniors finished as follows: Colin Ferrie 8th (39th overall), Stefan Sander-Green 25th (72nd overall), Paul Dupuis 27th (74th overall), and Fred Weaver 39th (100th overall). In the senior men's event, Geoffrey Richards was 29th, Yannick Lapierre 35th, Sebastien Townsend 38th and Martin Schrama 55th.
Tomorrow is a 30 km classic mass start event.
